We’re an innovative and fast-moving engineering team that spans Full Stack, Data Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Test Automation and creates products that delight our customers and drive significant business value. The Opportunity As our Head of Engineering , you will take over this function from the founder and be the primary owner of our engineering vision and execution. And you will be directly responsible for shaping the architecture, technology stack, and product roadmap in close partnership with our CEO. You will lead and grow an 8-person engineering team into a powerhouse of innovation as we scale the business. Your role is a blend of technical leadership , people management , and product strategy —with the opportunity to grow into a CTO role as Quattr scales. This is a unique chance to:

• Build products from the ground up , define architecture, and foster best-in-class engineering practices.
• Work with Generative AI and Agentic AI to deliver cutting-edge solutions for enterprise customers.
• Play a critical part in translating product strategy into actionable plans that deliver clear outcomes.
• Shape the engineering culture to be agile, growth-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality , data-driven decisions.

• Oversee and mentor a growing engineering organization of currently ~8 individuals (Full Stack, Data, DevOps, QA), with plans to reach ~12.
• Cultivate an environment that encourages learning, experimentation, and engineering excellence .

• Own the overall system architecture and technical decisions, including data engineering and AI infrastructure.
• Get hands-on with proof-of-concepts , code reviews, and algorithmic development—staying close to the technology.
• Ensure our stack remains robust, scalable, and up-to-date (Node.js, React, AWS, Python, Snowflake, PySpark, etc.).

• Partner with the CEO to translate product vision into a clear engineering roadmap with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams— Customer Success, Marketing, Sales —to ensure our technology aligns with customer needs and market opportunities.

• Guide small, agile squads across Full Stack and Data/AI to deliver iterative value.
• Continually refine and improve engineering processes for speed , quality , and reliability .
• Champion Generative AI
• Stay on top of latest AI advances , bringing new ideas and approaches into the platform.
• Advocate for AI-driven solutions that push the envelope on automation, quality, and user experience.

• Technical Expert & Hands-On Leader : Proven track record of managing engineering teams (6+ members) while remaining close to architecture and code.
• Strategic Thinker : Capable of setting a long-term product & tech vision, with a passion for world-class engineering and product quality .
• Data & AI Enthusiast : Comfortable working with modern data pipelines , cloud environments, and AI/ML frameworks. Avid believer in AI’s transformative power.

• We are open to onsite and remote arrangements, with flexibility to ensure optimal collaboration and team engagement . This role requires flexibility for some daily hours overlapping with the US team.
