Position: Senior Advisor Profile: Assist in the origination and execution of M&A and Strategy consulting assignments with top Corporates across sectors in India, covering the following areas: • Mergers & Acquisitions • Equity fund-raising • Business Strategy Support: Remote role Location : New Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Ahmedabad Mandatory criteria: * Must have had a stint at CXO/Director level position in Large Corporates, preferably as a Board member. * Excellent relationships with Promoters/CXOs of large Corporates. * Domain or Sectoral expertise preferred Remuneration: per industry standards (based on the business generated / executed).
