Relationship Manager - Private Client Group
Job details
As a Relationship Manager for the PCG Business you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building relationships with such clients. You will basically become a one stop shop for all the clients investment needs. Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
- Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs.
- Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the teams success by sharing experiences and client feedback.
- Maintain a high-level of product knowledge and stay informed with industry trends and changes.
- Sell and distribute products such as IAP, Mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternate Investment Fund, Insurance, and Bonds.
- Achieve revenue target of 3x Cost.
- Postgraduate - MBA/PGDM in Finance / Marketing.
- Proven track record of 3-6 years of meeting revenue targets and high value client acquisition with a Bank or a Full-Service Stock Broking House.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Investment Products, Portfolio Management and Industry regulations.
- Experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams, driving their professional growth and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
