- Product/Consulting experience along with technical/programming experience in JavaScript, React, Node JS, Oracle SQL and Restful Web Services.
- Exhibits a strong sense of ownership for individual work assignments
- Enabling delivery readiness, problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with demonstrable presentation and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working independently with little direction to achieve goals. Ability to work with a remote team leveraging available tools.
- Brings an established, effective method for tracking and completing tasks on time.
- Prefers a collaborative work environment over working solo, with a bias towards sharing credit for achievement over individual recognition.
- Execute all aspects related to service delivery and deployment of our Custom Software Solution Development services through planned engagements with our higher education customers.
- Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded.
- Identify and remediate issues and project risks that impede enabling customer greatness.
- Drive innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful implementations.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by ensuring the development, use and maintenance of service artefacts that exceed customer expectations.
