About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with advanced expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content dynamics on Instagram and YouTube, especially for short-form videos. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and video content that drive engagement and audience retention. Responsibilities:

• Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube content dynamics
• Strong storytelling skills for short-form video content
• Proven ability to create engaging, retention-driving motion graphics
• Portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling

Qualifications:

• Video Editing Experience: Professional video editing experience, ideally for YouTube or other social media platforms.
• Editing Software Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and basic Photoshop knowledge.
• Motion Graphics Experience: Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software such as Adobe After Effects or Motion is preferred.
• Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of YouTube and other major social media platforms, including video specifications and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic color theory, composition, and audio mixing principles.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to experiment with new techniques and styles to solve creative challenges.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
