Quality Specialist (Plant)
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Quality Specialist (Plant) to join their team in Durban. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Quality department, ensuring that all products and processes are in accordance with Quality Standards and Customer specific requirements.Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality department.
- Ensure that all products and processes comply with Quality Standards and Customer specific requirements.
- Monitor and control Quality Systems and Processes to achieve Quality Standards and meet Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
- Conduct Quality investigations (Internal, Supplier, Customers).
- Maintain IATF 16949:2016 Certification.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the Automotive/Manufacturing sector.
- National Diploma in Quality Management or Engineering related qualification.
- Trained Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & VDA 6.3:2016.
