Learning Goals

- Integrating in a multidisciplinary team with engineers, designers, and managers
What you will do
- Identify issues and areas of improvement for the product
- Implement fixes for these issues
- Communicate with the team about your ideas and integrate feedback into your work
- Collaborate with mentors to get fixes and features into production
- Balance the technical constraints of privacy with usability concerns, ensuring our product actually serves people
- Contribute to the work of the team on current projects and new features
What we look for
- Fluent English to be able to communicate with the remote team
- Interest in privacy issues
Training & Meetings
- Office orientation
- An introduction to the XWiki company and CryptPad team
- On the job training while testing the product, reporting issues and implementing fixes
- Regular meetings with the mentors
- Mid term and final evaluation; assessment of the internship’s success
Duration
- The chosen candidate can expect a full-time internship during summer (Jul 1 - Sep 30)
- The daily schedule: 8 h/day in the 8-20 bracket
- Paid internship
