Job Title: QA Automation Lead Job type: Remote Experience: 8 years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large, complex automation programs, excellent communication skills, and experience working with US clients. Proficiency in C#, Selenium, and Azure DevOps is required. Key Responsibilities - Lead the QA automation team in designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions - Develop and execute automation strategies for large, complex programs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps - Communicate effectively with US clients, providing regular updates and status reports - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions - Mentor and guide junior team members Requirements - 8+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on C#, Selenium, and Azure DevOps - Proven track record of delivering large, complex automation programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with US clients and adapting to their time zones (12 noon to 9 pm typically)- Strong leadership and mentoring skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
