ABOUT HMM: Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) is made up of two manganese mines, Mamatwan and Wessels. Both operations are located in the Kalahari Basin, home to 80 percent of the world’s manganese reserves. ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is a permanent full-time position. As a Supervisor Supply Warehouse , you will supervise the execution of warehouse operational activities in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, in line with S32 standards, procedures, and HSE requirements. You will provide leadership guidance to the warehouse team and ensure materials are stored, maintained, and handled in a secure, accurate, and appropriate manner. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Supervise, coach, and lead the warehouse team to ensure delivery against plans.
2. Ensure that critical controls are implemented and effective, with verification activities conducted as per requirements.
3. Spend appropriate time in the field to supervise the execution of warehouse work to achieve established performance targets and ensure warehouse processes comply with internal procedures and HSE requirements.
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective warehouse operation services.
5. Provide relevant information to management to ensure the best execution of production plans within the stipulated time.
6. Actively participate in warehouse improvement projects.

ABOUT YOU: You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

1. 3 years of experience at a supervisory level with proven ability to lead a team.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills.
3. Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to work under pressure.
4. Experience in warehouse and logistics activities.

Qualifications for this role are: Diploma or Degree (3 years) in Supply Chain or Warehousing.
