GQR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Consultant to join up with one of our long standing partners. This role requires a strong understanding of multiple functional areas, such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits and Learning. As well as the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay current on the latest Workday features and best practices
- Lead and participate in all phases of the Workday HCM implementation lifecycle
- 3+ years of hands on Workday experience
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active Workday Certifications
- At least 1 full end to end implementation
- This is a full-time contract position.
