Workday HCM Consultant

GQR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Consultant to join up with one of our long standing partners. This role requires a strong understanding of multiple functional areas, such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits and Learning. As well as the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay current on the latest Workday features and best practices
• Lead and participate in all phases of the Workday HCM implementation lifecycle

• 3+ years of hands on Workday experience
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Active Workday Certifications
• At least 1 full end to end implementation
