Capital Equipment Administrator

Required for a well-established company based in Edenvale.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Capital Equipment administrator function operates efficiently
  • Quotations
  • Process tenders timeously
  • Support the Marketing Department
  • Work systematically with Medical Master
  • Assist with ad hoc administrator tasks as needed and work within the Company Quality Management Systems framework
  • Costing
  • Pricing on parts
  • Update reports
  • SLA agreements
  • Place orders for equipment parts with procurement and logistics supervisor
  • Complete new product forms
  • RFQs

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • 3-5 years medical or pharmaceutical equipment experience
  • Computer Literate – know Macola and Goldmine

Package & Remuneration

R20 000 - R35 000 per month plus other benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
