Capital Equipment Administrator
Required for a well-established company based in Edenvale.Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure Capital Equipment administrator function operates efficiently
- Quotations
- Process tenders timeously
- Support the Marketing Department
- Work systematically with Medical Master
- Assist with ad hoc administrator tasks as needed and work within the Company Quality Management Systems framework
- Costing
- Pricing on parts
- Update reports
- SLA agreements
- Place orders for equipment parts with procurement and logistics supervisor
- Complete new product forms
- RFQs
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 3-5 years medical or pharmaceutical equipment experience
- Computer Literate – know Macola and Goldmine
Package & Remuneration
