Responsibilities:
- Partner with our system administrators, and support them in all Workfront administrative activities
- Provide agencies with advice and best practices on designing and implementing complex business workflows, and the metrics to track them
- Advise on and configure any areas of work management within Workfront, including work intake, project management, resource management, approvals, proofing, and reporting
- Consult with agencies in the areas of change management, user adoption, system governance, and system maintenance and cleanup
- Roadmap with agencies to identify their path to growth and maturity in their Workfront system
- Educate and mentor agencies on product functionality
- Contribute to the professional services knowledge base to continually improve our consulting processes
- Working knowledge of Workfront solutions as a customer, partner, or employee
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management OR relevant experience utilizing the Workfront platform.
- 2+ years professional experience in at least one of the following roles: Functional System Administrator / Configuration Manager / Solution Architect / Project Manager / Consultant
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies: PMI (waterfall), Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs
- Able to help customers see the larger vision of how they can benefit from Workfront, identify needs and create solutions to help them reach that vision
- Experience building creative Workfront solutions for unique business needs
- Able to drive customer projects, manage timelines and personal workload
- Solid understanding of consulting processes
- Ability to be viewed by customers as a trusted adviser
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, remote presentation, and relationship skills.
