Qualification:- Electrical/Electronics Trade
- Matric
- Must have done component repairs for 5 years
- Must have installation experience
- Must have technical security supplies and smart home automation technology experience (wiring/connections/cables/power supplies/CCTV/fencing/garage door installations/remote transmitters installations/gate mote installations, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills dealing with customers
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Assertive, strong personality but to remain professional
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Crucial)
- Well organised
- Sales/up selling experience
- Test equipment that clients bring in/repairing equipment
- Provide solutions to customers
- Dealing with job cards, invoices - making sure it is accurate
- Dealing with customers on a WhatsApp line - assisting with technical queries
- Dealing with returned goods/orders
- Customer orders from various online shops - e.g., Takealot
- Paperwork and general administration
