- Providing exceptional technical support via calls and emails
- Resolving L1 and L2 support inquiries
- Performing technical configuration tasks
- Conducting troubleshooting
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2)
- Knowledge of IPV4 protocol
- Basic network knowledge
- Basic Firewall knowledge
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Technical background
- Experience with CRM systems
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, South Africa time
