Change Manager
Job details
As a Change Manager, you'll lead the transformation of our software from an existing SaaS model to an Agile model. You will be responsible for all aspects of change management and project implementation including leadership engagement and guidance, risk management and change leadership engagement. The successful candidate will have experience working in large scale agile environments as well as supporting multiple concurrent projects. Requirements:
- Deploying the Change Plan to the in-county Change Lead
- Building Change capability within the Change team
- Attending management and integration meetings
- Keeping the activities of Communication, Training and Change aligned
- Leading and supporting the Change Impact Assessment workshops
- Status reporting at meetings
- Ensuring a Sustainability Approach is set out and followed
- Change Network initiatives and the building of the Change Network capabilities
- The identification of key Stakeholders ensuring right engagements are held
- Feedback of the Change Impact Assessments outcomes to the relevant parties
- Bachelors degree in a technical field required
- Experience: 6 10 years in Change Management / OE Specialist
- Project Management and Stakeholder Management
- Change Leadership engagement and guidance
