Job Description

1. Tracking and communicating commitments, dependencies, and risks.
2. Tracking metrics to measure team performance and ensuring that continuous improvement is enabled.
3. Championing delivery success throughout the team and the early delivery of incremental benefits.
4. Active participation and coordination in agile ceremonies.
5. Establishing the status of current tasks being worked on.
6. Implementing Scrum and its events according to the Scrum Guide.
7. Coaching feature teams on Scrum principles and values.
8. Assisting with impediment resolution.
9. Fostering and increasing team morale.
10. Protecting the team from interruptions and disruptions.

1. Degree or Diploma in IT, business, or similar.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Scrum/Agile Master in multiple feature teams.
3. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the IT/Software DevOps industry.
4. Scrum Master certified through scrum.org or Scrum Alliance.
5. Deep understanding and knowledge of Scrum and Agile with practical Scrum/Agile Master experience in multiple software development feature teams.
6. Practical experience with the ATC tool chain (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray, etc.).
7. DevOps and BizDevOps understanding.
8. Ability to be a servant leader for a technical development team using agile methodologies.
9. Knowledge of reporting techniques and well-documented patterns and techniques (burndown techniques, retrospective techniques).

4. Basic technical understanding of Splunk, Cribl, AWS, Azure.
5. Above-board work ethics and a high level of ownership.
