Position: Customer Delivery Representative (Relief Driver) Location: Bray Co. Wicklow Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: €28,000 starting salary A day in the life of an Initial Customer Delivery Representative: Your working day starts at home, and finishes at home. Every day you will be required to service a cross section of customers where you will be expected to use your problem solving skills to determine the most effective solution. Also to carry out services as required at customer sites, install, fit, collect and exchange units/products thereby ensuring excellent service at all times and where appropriate, identify opportunities for additional sales and meet company performance targets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to service management of customer service requests and other related information to ensure customer service expectations are achieved.
- Ensure all stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable and appropriate.
- Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
- Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
- Ensure the customers’ expectations are always met or exceeded.
- A full clean Irish/ EU Driving License.
- Ability to work and prioritise workload within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
