My client , a leading provider in the insurance industry, is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. Known for their commitment to delivering exceptional service, they offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Location - Galway or Mayo. Salary: €40k–€45k depending on experience Hybrid model Role Overview:
- Handle a range of commercial business clients , including renewals, claims, and policy amendments
- Focus on client retention , managing policies such as Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Cyber, and more
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including the Consumer Protection Code 2012
- Experience in commercial insurance experience.
- Minimum APA/CIP qualification (commercial lines)
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to long-term client relationships
