We're hiring a Retail Store Manager for our well known client known for service in their Maynooth location. This is a full-time position suited to a motivated individual who is excited by a customer-focused environment. As Store Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of store operations, ensuring your team delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving key business objectives. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Ensuring the store operates efficiently, from visual merchandising to stock control.
• Monitoring store performance and implementing plans to improve footfall and profitability.
• Overseeing team schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Managing day-to-day tasks such as health and safety compliance, stock loss prevention, and customer query resolution.
• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a brand ambassador.

• At least 2-3 years of store management experience in a retail environment.
