Job details
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and osteoarthritis.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex rheumatic cases.
- Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of rheumatology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rheumatology technology and techniques.
- Essential:
- Board certification in Rheumatology
- Significant clinical experience in rheumatology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
- Desirable:
- Fellowship training in rheumatology
- Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
- A passion for teaching and research
