An exciting opportunity is available for (Operator, SPC Production) based in Dammam. Summary: Shift Operator is responsible for executing efficient production operations through skillful machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions to meet specified product quality and production plans. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating Extruder machines as required by the operation procedure.
- Monitoring and recording Extruder parameters during production runs.
- Reporting all abnormalities related to Extruder machines and their auxiliaries to immediate superiors.
- Acting as the focal point of line operation to meet product quality and daily production output targets.
- Maintaining personal uniforms and safety PPEs in accordance with corporate/departmental standards.
- Operating Bagging machines and their auxiliaries as required by the operation procedure.
- Recording daily packed outputs during production runs.
- Reporting all abnormalities related to Bagging machines and their auxiliaries to immediate superiors.
- Ensuring all packed materials conform to required finished goods handling standards.
- Receiving and verifying issued packaging materials needed for daily production.
- Handling raw materials as required by the operation procedure.
- Recording raw material preparation and loading activities during production runs.
- Reporting all abnormalities related to raw material handling equipment and their auxiliaries to immediate superiors.
- Receiving and verifying issued raw materials needed for daily production.
- Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Diploma Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
- Technical safety knowledge.
- Manufacturing process understanding.
- Operational processes knowledge.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
