Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, and managing contracts.
  • Interpret sales data to optimize production and improve overall sales performance.
  • Forecast sales and pursue new projects to expand the client base.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with product standards and work with components from SIEMENS , ABB , and GE .
  • Program and maintain controllers, ATS, BMS, and capacitor banks, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Focus on maximizing profit margins while providing regular reports on sales performance and activities.
  • Coordinate with production teams for effective planning and timely delivery.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally, overcoming obstacles to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar industry, with strong proficiency in LV components.
  • Expertise in programming and maintaining controllers, including ATS, BMS, and capacitor banks.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process, including quoting, contract management, and forecasting.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and understand buying cycles.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and adapt to challenges with professionalism and tact.
Skills
  • Proficiency in LV components, including controllers, ATS, BMS, and capacitor banks.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including quoting, contract management, and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Well-organized in maintaining accurate sales reports and managing the sales pipeline.
