About the role As Hostess Al Maha Services, you will deliver exceptional service in your assigned tasks and responsibilities. You will prepare and deliver a premium level of customer service to all internal and external customers which include meeting and greeting customers at Hamad International Airport. You will provide effective operational support to your team leads as well as assist team members with a positive, can-do attitude. Key accountabilities include:

  • Participates in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant to all areas of Al Maha Services to ensure a seamless customer experience and nil operational lapses.
  • Liaises with all external parties to work cooperatively in processing all customer requirements.
  • Plans efficient duty allocations of manpower during duty periods for Customer Service Agents.
  • Provides support to the Airport Services Manager in case of flight disruptions, misconnections, and other passenger-related disruptions.
  • Maintains an exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote 'Al Maha Services' and assists with a diverse range of customer enquiries.
  • Attends and actively participates in daily team briefings.
  • Proactively submits movement reports and profiles customer's pre-movement assignment to ensure all customers are met as per their booked requirements.

Qualifications

About you The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School level qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Formal qualifications in Hospitality/Service related education is an added advantage.
  • Experience in a premium hospitality/service environment is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Interactive, customer service-oriented with warm, cheerful, and expressive personality.
  • Customer-focused and always drives customer satisfaction.
  • Polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and able to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Open to new learnings and highly trainable.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Flexible to work on shifts.
  • Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • This is a uniformed position. Open to adapt and maintain good appearance standard.
