Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Greet and assist customers, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth dining operations.
- Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Conduct staff training and provide on-the-spot guidance to maintain service standards.
- Handle daily reporting and assist in scheduling shifts for waitstaff.
- Must be available to Join Immediately.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Qatar’s food and service industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Preferably female candidates.
