Responsibilities

  1. To assist guests with Concierge services including entertainment/dining bookings, sending, and receiving courier packages and directing guests within and outside of the residence.
  2. To answer tenant’s questions and resolve guest problems.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail services.
  4. Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by tenants.
  5. Coordinate all relevant information, complaints, and feedback immediately to customer service.
  6. Keep updated records of calls and messages.
  7. Know tenant’s names and requirements.
  8. Ensure confidentiality of tenant’s information.
  9. Ensure that tenants receive their messages and faxes promptly.
  10. Ensure full liaison with other members of the team.
  11. Build strong relationships with tenants and internal customers.
  12. Communicate with the property manager and department heads.
  13. Maintain department standards and quality program.
Skills
  1. Must be able to speak, write, and converse freely in English.
  2. Must be able to speak in one additional language other than English.
  3. Must be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude.
  4. Must be proactive.
  5. High school diploma required; additional hospitality or butler training preferred.
  6. At least 1 year of experience within the hospitality industry.
