Job details

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Manage cost preparation responsibilities.
  2. Obtain factored / sub-supplier costs where necessary.
  3. Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
  4. Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
  5. Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines.
  6. Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
  7. Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
  8. Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices, and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
  9. All other duties as relevant to the post.
Skills Functional and Knowledge Skills:
  1. Good understanding of sub & superstructure construction works.
  2. General MS Office Program Skills.
  3. Knowledge on AutoCAD.
Managerial Skills:
  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent decision-making & negotiation skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
  1. Business writing & presentation skills.
Personal Attributes:
  1. Time Management.
  2. Integrity.
  3. Confidentiality.
  4. Flexible and able to multi-task.
