RESPONSIBILITIES This key role within our interdisciplinary teams will include: Embodying a passion for discovering, articulating, activating, and embedding corporate purpose Transferring strategic insights into viable ideas and bold commitments for the client Creating the right tonality and shaping the perfect tools to mobilize organizations and/or foster a cultural change Pushing team members and clients to ground-breaking ideas Opening new perspectives on our clients’ role in industry and society Using both sides of the brain to perfectly combine strategic and creative thinking Loving to develop conceptual solutions for complex problems, ability to think in holistic concepts Demonstrating the communication skills and interpersonal skills required to function in a collaborative environment Handling multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes within urgent deadlines QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree or comparable education required 10+ years experience working in journalism, publishing companies, content agencies or comparable industries Having significant experience in corporate, editorial, or commercial writing or other relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to write narratives, headlines, longer scripts or paragraphs, catalogues Having a basic understanding of organizational and social change (e.g. behavioral science, organizational culture, social movement theory, campaign strategy) Having worked in teams with designers, art directors, creative directors and/or strategists before is a plus Being able to contribute concepts for clients and participate in meetings and critiques, face-to-face and virtually Being self-motivated, organized, and flexible Expertise in B2B, the digital space and passion for literature can be a plus WHAT WE OFFER Exposure to some of the world's most influential organizations Prospering company business and unique company culture Teams of inspiring people working together on projects across many industries and two continents Flexible working styles – combining effective remote and safe office work A culture of excellence and respect that has repeatedly made BCG a Top 100 employer Employee training and well-being offerings Regular opportunities for team and company activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
