Job Overview: Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets, develop customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and analyze performance metrics. Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives.
Sales Target Achievement: Ensure team meets or exceeds sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and adjust sales strategies to optimize performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, resolve issues, and identify new sales opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales funnel, customer acquisition costs).
Territory Management: Assign sales territories, manage sales routes, and optimize resource allocation.
Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set development goals.
