Health Club Receptionist | Qatar | Luxury Hotel

We are looking for an experienced and professional HEALTH CLUB RECEPTIONIST to ensure the guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. As a Health Club Receptionist, you will be the face of our wellness facilities, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to all guests. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and customer service inquiries for the spa, gym, and other wellness amenities. Key to your role is delivering exceptional service with efficiency and grace, making every guest feel valued and attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a luxurious first impression
• Manage bookings for the Health Club, including spa treatments, personal training sessions, and group classes
• Provide information on Health Club services, facilities, and promotions
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, responding to guest needs promptly
• Coordinate with Health Club and Spa staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure that reception and lounge areas are pristine and align with the hotel’s luxury standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a receptionist or guest services agent, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end wellness facility
• Relevant certifications in hospitality, health & wellness, or guest services preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
