We are seeking an experienced FF&E Specialist with a proven track record in delivering high-end and luxury projects . This role requires expertise in the selection, specification, and procurement of bespoke furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet the standards of exclusive and luxury design environments . The ideal candidate will possess a refined aesthetic sense , exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple prestigious projects with attention to detail and elegance. Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Create and implement FF&E concepts that reflect luxury, sophistication, and exclusivity, tailored to meet the specific vision of high-end clients.
- Material Selection: Source, select, and specify premium materials, finishes, and custom-made products to suit high-end luxury interiors.
- Design Presentations: Prepare elevated mood boards, polished presentations, and curated material samples to communicate design concepts effectively to discerning clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with top-tier interior designers, architects, and project managers to integrate FF&E elements seamlessly into the overall design narrative.
- Vendor Relations: Build and nurture exclusive partnerships with luxury vendors, artisans, and suppliers to secure custom and limited-edition products.
- Project Management: Oversee budgets, procurement schedules, and timelines while ensuring adherence to exceptional quality standards .
- Final Styling: Supervise installation and styling to deliver flawless and refined finishes aligned with luxury expectations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-end luxury FF&E design, specification, and procurement .
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite .
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of high-end luxury materials, bespoke finishes, and emerging trends in high-end design.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clients .
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-end luxury projects , meet tight deadlines, and deliver superior results.
- Vendor Expertise: Strong background in procurement and vendor management with established connections to high-end luxury suppliers and artisans .
- Availability: Immediate availability is a must.
