Job Description: The Automotive Claims Executive is responsible for managing and processing automotive insurance claims. This role involves handling claims efficiently and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will liaise with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair shops to facilitate the claims process from start to finish. Job Responsibilities Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure. Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims. Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection. Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time. Provide customer service to existing and new customer. Manage claims / repair operation of the workshop. Source / enquire spare parts quotation for all repairs. Coordinate with owner / surveyor for survey and finalize all repairs. All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: 1-2 years relevant working experience in Automotive Industry would be an advantage. Possess valid Class 3 driving license. Strong analytical and communication skills. Great in adaptability, flexibility and customer service orientation. Able to work independently.
