Job details

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform regular maintenance on computers and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and barcode readers to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring systems are operational and efficient.
  3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer systems and applications.
  4. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of computer accessories.
  5. Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of systems and devices.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in computer maintenance technology to enhance skills and knowledge.
  7. Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and troubleshoot complex problems as they arise.
Skills: Qualification:
  1. Diploma in Computer Maintenance, Software, or Technical Support.
  2. Certified course in computer maintenance and accessories.
