WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Effective Diary Management: help Factory management becomes most effective by managing the diary, coordinating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the President’s schedule goes smoothly, as well as pivoting and changing where needed.
- Promotes a teamwork environment by effectively liaising with senior staff and others on behalf of PC SC Head and the factory manager and, taking necessary follow-up action and preparing progress reports as required.
- Contributes to the culture of the team through keeping the pulse on overall team sentiment and working closely with the LT to drive engagement.
- Event Management: Arrange conferences, workshops, and special events for the factory Executive Team including venues, travel, etc. and helps execute all internal visitors’ programmes.
- Effective communication with external contacts at a senior level and organisations.
- Supporting leadership team in preparation and follow-up of LT meeting.
- Managing all aspects of meetings held on site.
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangement including necessary visas, accommodation and necessary logistics.
- Manage Expenses & Invoices.
- Provide support on workplace services related matters.
