Senior Compliance Officer
Job details
- Ensure in cooperation with the governance department that the procedure for directors’ appointment is properly carried out and according to rules and regulations set by CMA, the Saudi Corporate Companies Law, and the Articles of Association.
- Participate in developing and implementing company policies and regulations.
- Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
- Monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- Ensure the implementation and oversight of control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Perform periodic audits on company compliance with law and regulation.
- Collaborate with corporate counsels, HR, and Audit departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Prepare reports for executive and external regulatory bodies as appropriate and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
