As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead our enterprise applications strategy, development, and optimization in Riyadh. This role entails overseeing the full application lifecycle, ensuring systems align with business objectives, and driving innovation. You will be responsible for managing a talented team, implementing IT governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Expertise in enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions, is crucial. Key Requirements:

  • No less than 15 years of IT experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles focused on application management.
  • Proven experience with large-scale applications, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and cloud-based solutions is required.
  • A background in AI and machine learning is advantageous.
  • You must also possess strong project management skills and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
This opportunity comes with a competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year , as well as benefits.
