Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for an OD Manager for a client in Tabuk, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully. Must-Have:

  1. 10+ years of experience in organizational development & human resources with recent 5 years in a managerial role
  2. Experienced in designing & implementing organizational structures and leading change management initiatives
  3. Experienced in developing HR policies & procedures, and conducting job evaluations
  4. Proficiency with performance management systems, financial acumen, data analysis, and strategic planning
Nice to Have:
  1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
  2. Prior experience working with a construction organization
  3. CIPD, SHRM, PMP Certificates are preferred
