Job Description Responsible for tracking project-related Purchase Orders/Work Orders, Delivery Orders/Goods Receipt Notes, and Invoicing. Assist site personnel in preparing project-related quotations and report submissions. Assist the Director with any project-related administrative documentation and submissions. Handle all general office administration and clerical support, including data entry and document scanning. Ensure proper filing and documentation of correspondences and project-related documents. Reception work, including receiving incoming phone calls. Perform other general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in business or other industry-related certification. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge in using ERP software and MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Able to work independently with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Committed to meeting deadlines.
