Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. The incumbent is responsible for overall coordination of EPRS Division RSS management system and needs to be available during daily working hours and standby at night for any potential pipeline and cable emergency repair situation. Responsible for updating the current activated RSS and following through until completion of RSS. During normal days, responsible for any EPRS stakeholders meetings, engagements, and improvement processes.
  2. Maintaining and monitoring EPRS RSS Management System & repair execution plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  3. Organizing, attending, and participating in EPRS stakeholder meetings and distributing minutes to all team members.
  4. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from EPRS meetings.
  5. Preparing necessary PowerPoint presentations for meetings, events, workshops, and other ad-hoc requirements.
  6. Monitoring the daily progress of EPRS projects, determining project changes, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  7. Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking EPRS project tasks as required.
  8. Supporting EPRS Engineers in developing EPRS project strategies and ensuring EPRS projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  9. Assessing EPRS project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  10. Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  11. Keeping track of the EPRS project, initiating goal setting and planning phases all the way through to project completion.
  12. Expediting contractors and internal EPRS personnel deliverables to ensure milestones/schedules are met.
  13. Preparing, maintaining, and updating Projects/Work schedules Chart timely to coordinate for mobilization and later demobilization of contractors.
  14. Ensuring field presence and supervision of vendors and contractors for effective and efficient execution within schedule. Ensuring completion of QA/QC, HSE procedures, and "Permit for Work" in place at worksites.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other similar disciplines relating to upstream oil and gas from a recognized university. Experience:
  1. Minimum ten (10) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role.
  2. Experienced in operation & execution coordination.
  3. Experience in material, vessel mob/demob, offshore, and onshore operations coordination.
  4. Valid IMDG certificate or PMP or Certification in Transportation and Logistics.
  5. Computer literate (including SAP & Microsoft products).
  6. Good command of the English language. Shall read, write, and speak fluent English.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate priority.
  8. Self-starter/self-management/self-drive and ability to work without close monitoring.
  9. Resilient under pressure (both internal and external).
  10. Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues.
