Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  3. Assist in negotiating job offers and coordinating the hiring process for new employees.
  4. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
  5. Lead the employee onboarding process, including preparing and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
  6. Ensure new employees are properly introduced to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
  7. Provide support with employee documentation, including contracts, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
  8. Maintain and update employee records in HR software and databases.
  9. Ensure periodic updates of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  10. Assist with payroll preparation and maintain attendance records.
  11. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  12. Organize and maintain filing systems for physical and digital employee records.
  13. Assist in gathering, reviewing, and preparing statistical data and reports related to HR activities.
  14. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  15. Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  16. Coordinate and organize HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions.
  17. Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee relations activities.
  18. Cover HR duties in their absence.
  19. Help manage employee development programs, training sessions, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  20. Organize and coordinate employee benefits, including leave management, certifications, and other related programs.
