Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and coordinating the hiring process for new employees.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Lead the employee onboarding process, including preparing and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Ensure new employees are properly introduced to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support with employee documentation, including contracts, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR software and databases.
- Ensure periodic updates of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll preparation and maintain attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for physical and digital employee records.
- Assist in gathering, reviewing, and preparing statistical data and reports related to HR activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and organize HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee relations activities.
- Cover HR duties in their absence.
- Help manage employee development programs, training sessions, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate employee benefits, including leave management, certifications, and other related programs.
