BeFiSc is on a mission to make India digital fraud-free and provide an alternate DigitalAge Score.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior UI UX Graphic Designer at BeFiSc in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as utilizing design thinking, conducting user research, implementing visual design, focusing on user experience (UX), and creating prototypes to enhance digital products and services.ResponsibilitiesLeading design projects: From concept to completion, a Senior UI/UX Designer leads design projects. Conducting user research: They gather insights into user needs and motivations. Developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes: They create scaled-down versions of the product to test designs before development. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: They work with product managers, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders. Ensuring consistency in design: They ensure that design is consistent across products. Establishing and maintaining style guide: They establish and maintain a style guide for UI design best practices. Ensuring inclusion and accessibility: They ensure that products follow inclusion and accessibility principles. QualificationsDesign Thinking and User Research skillsVisual Design and User Experience (UX) skillsPrototyping skillsExperience in creating engaging and user-centric designsProficiency in UI/UX tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or FigmaStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projectsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field AGG
