Job Role and Responsibilites- Employee HRMSMaintain and update Employee's record in payroll software.Create Salary annexureMaintain KYC documents.IT Declaration details.Leave & attendance ManagementCoordinate with all locations/branches to get attendance details on timeMaintained Attendance & Leave Record in HRISManage & Declare Public Holidays for all locationsCoordinate with branches to get accurate details of Over-Times (OTs)Payroll/Salary ProcessingProcessing error free salary for all locationsAccurate calculation of Overtime /Advance/loan/others deductions.Assess payroll systems and make recommendations for more efficient systemsMaintain Monthly Salary Register.Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.TDSComputing TDS on salaries & explaining tax liabilities to employees.Monitoring investment declaration form and verifying with original proofs.Collation & punching investment declaration data in Software.handling income tax queries of employees in payrollGenerating Form 16.Statutory CompliancesEnsure compliance with relevant government laws and internal company policiesArrears and Increment calculations.Statutory Compliances - PF, PT, ESIC-Calculations, Issuing & activation of UAN Number, PF Transfer / Settlement.Audit and cross-check of challans and returns with salary sheet.Ensure 100% accuracy in salary data and compliances dataMaintain required records for statutory audits inspections of government officialsDetermine & calculations annual bonus and overtime pay to include in payroll disbursements.Full and Final SettlementManage F&F settlement of employees leaving the service of the company.Ensure on timely settlement and release of paymentsTo co-ordinate and support for No Dues / Exit Clearance for full & final settlement procedures.Coordination for PF Transfer / withdrawal Claim.Settling Gratuity claims of eligible exit employees.Salary/Compliances grievanceHandling & Resolve payroll queries of EmployeesCoordination with bank, PF & tax consultantsMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.HR Payroll and Compliances ReportsCreate MIS reports related to Payroll and Statutory Compliances.Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and nontaxable wagesMonthly Headcount data.
