The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.The Role :Own conceptualization, launch & 360degree success of one or a group of products. Success is defined by NPS, repeat rates, growth, contribution to revenue, contribution to margin & contribution to brand.Devise and drive Category Strategy strategy and execution to enable category growthLead growth strategy for the brands, including creating and executing on annual, quarterly and monthly business plans.The Responsibilities :Be the voice of the consumer and drive Industry research and analysisConceptualize and work on creating innovative and disruptive personal care products backed by research and consumer insightsDefine marketing strategies to support the categories' overall strategies and objectivesPlan and organize marketing functions and operations (consumer insight gathering, product development, budgeting, channel GTM, communication development etc.),Product Development Initiatives : Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launchDevelop product mix and product marketing strategies (pricing, packaging, process, SKUs, COGS, product launching)New Product Launches : Drive and manage end to end Product LaunchesWork closely with Research and formulation to drive product development projectsCreate breakthrough customer offerings and advance marketingDevelop and leverage core marketing capabilities in the organization around consumer insights, data analytics, strategic planning, product development, brand communicationsThe Qualifications :At least 4 years of sales & brand management experience in the consumer space.
