In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education. Skills: The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Brief description:• Deliver the required curriculum; demonstrating accurate and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and subject matter.• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater to different learning styles. • Establish and maintain records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans, etc., and share them from time to time or on request.• Implementation of destinations & milestones & related strategies, Lesson Plans, Worksheets, class & home assignments.• Preparation for instruments of assessment and implementation of weekly, unit, term, and Annual plans for assessment and evaluation according to defined criteria.• Giving appropriate, meaningful, and accurate feedback to students, both qualitative and quantitative, as per School Policy.• Ensure the Kunskapsskolan policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.• Participate in Appraisal and Professional development (PD).• Participate and attend and lead where appropriate, the co-curricular, events, staff meetings, and extra-curricular programmes in the school.
