Be part of strategic thinking process for organisational growth and assist strategy team in creating the business case/ drive projects.Conduct research in economic, behavioral, technological and industry/competitors' trends. Analyse, interpret to identify likely impacts on the organisation. Support in taking executive decisions and driving strategic planning process.Identify opportunities and drive changes to improve implementation and evaluation of strategic and business planning processes. Steer better performance tracking and reporting of initiativesFacilitate the strategic review and planning processes with management team and delivery teams. Support strategic planning processes, including interdependencies between key business, technology and financial planning processesHighlight and incorporate external & market perspectives and insights from competitive and market intelligence in business decision makingFacilitate structured reviews of the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives & implications (e.g., budget considerations, resource allocation, etc.)Work with internal stakeholders to incubate and develop new initiatives.Identify and chart out longer-term roadmap for the Company in line with Company's vision and shareholder priorities, for example, future listing plans.Support agenda and materials development for senior executive audiences & meetings e.g., Board Meetings, Aarohan, etc.Typical Targets and MeasuresIncorporation & alignment of company initiatives with agreed business strategyUnderstanding of capability gap/advantage vis-a-vis competitors/ benchmark and actionable thereofTimely delivery of results from strategic initiativesPositive feedback from internal stakeholders responsible for growth of new channels and long-term initiativesIdentify new strategic initiatives based on customer insights, or provide inputs on how initiatives to be modifiedIdentify and engage relevant stakeholders in each of the initiatives to solicit their inputs and influence their thinking Syndicate preliminary findings and recommendations with the stakeholders; develop action plansExceptional Collaboration and Influencing SkillsProvide periodic updates to stakeholders on the progress of strategic initiativesCommunicating well-structured, data-driven, and clearly articulated points-of-view to influence and meet stakeholders 'where they are'Clearly define problem statements and build hypothesis on solutions; often the situation will be ambiguous, take leadership in providing clarity and defining the problemApproach projects holistically, owning and driving end-to-end delivery of solutionsLead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areasProvide feedback on required analyses to advance solution development and to support execution of strategic initiativesDefine the internal/external market research and market intelligence agenda Storyline presentations to communicate synthesized findings/status to senior management and Board for their feedback and approval AGG
