DESIGNATIONPurchase AssistantOVERVIEWLearning & Growth opportunity for a person having interest in supply chain related commercial activities.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Commerce Graduate or Engineering Graduate having knowledge / interest in supply chain related commercial activities.AGEBelow 30 yearsCOMPETENCY Must have basic understanding of the commercial terms & conditions related to procurementMust be proficient in using Spreadsheets (eg MS Excel) in day-to-day activities & reportingMust have a good 'Business Communication' skillMust be a Quick LearnerPreference would be given to candidates having knowledge of below,Import/export documentation and formalitiesWorking on procurement application/software (eg SAP/ERP)Tax and other statutory compliances related to purchase activityRESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all activities related to the processing of purchase/service requisitions which includes:Verifying purchase/service requisitionsIdentify supply sourcesCollect quotes and prepare comparative analysis statementNegotiatePrepare Purchase OrderTrack the delivery of pending supplies including follow-up communication with suppliersUpdate supply statusUpdate the supply status to concern department / personsMaintain specified records and reportsPerks and Benefits:Range of gross salary INR 20,000/- to 35,000/- per month, based on candidates competency level.
