Role/ Key Responsibilities:Training Need Identification and AnalysisTraining need identification by analyzing the gap between actual performance and expected performance of the employeeEvaluating individual and organizational development needsPreparing yearly and monthly training calendar based on Training Need AssessmentCreating training programs that are aligned with organization's goals and objectivesWorking closely with HODs of different departments and having a full understanding of their units and training requirementsTraining & DevelopmentIdentify and select external training agencies and accreditation bodies necessary to deliver required trainingDevelopment and coaching of internal trainers identified by their respective HODsCoordinating with safety department for the purpose for the purpose of safety trainingEnsuring adoption and implementation of various learning methods companywideTraining Effectiveness to be measured and to develop new methods / processes for facilitating the processTo take feedback from respective HODs on effectiveness of trainingDeveloping action plans for reducing gaps for employees learning needs, if anyEnsuring and coordinating Potential Assessment of eligible employees and their DAC ProcessDeveloping and planning of IDPs / Actions plans of Talent Pool Members and IDP WritingFormulate plans in consolation with Functional head / DH -HRM for talent assessment as per business guidelinesFacilitation for Focus 50 talent and timely coordination their reviews on progressFormulate strategies for career management process for entire workforceEnsure that a robust succession plan is defined and implemented across all levelsTo organize OJT Stint for all GETs in various functions / departments and assessing their performance on monthly basis with DH/FHTo keep a proper track on their performance for placing them successfully on probation after completing their OJT StintsTo ensure data & record asper the laid downISO- procedures with regards to Training & Development / Talent ManagementFacilitate and ensure completion of Training and Competency Development Sub Committee Master Action PlanTo complete Safety Observation rounds as per Unit normsIdentification of Safety Training Needs in consultation with HODs and adherence to safety training planner for all employee of the UnitTo facilitate Tool Box Meeting in the allotted area and adhere to Personal Safety Action Plan AGG
