Responsibilities:1. Front Office Management:· Greet visitors and provide a professional and welcoming reception experience.· Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.· Manage the office's general email account and respond to inquiries promptly.· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.2. Administrative Support:· Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for executives and staff members.· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, if required.· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments.· Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as requested.· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.3. Facilities Management:· Oversee office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with building management and external vendors.· Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.· Monitor and manage office security systems and procedures.4.
