Learning and Development (L&D) OperationsExperience: 1-2 yearsKey responsibilities:· Generate creative ideas for engaging employee events and learning & development initiatives tailored to diverse client needs.· Implement and oversee the execution of employee engagement and L&D events, ensuring seamless and impactful delivery.· Manage the operational aspects of events, including logistics, coordination, and troubleshooting, to guarantee smooth execution.· Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align event strategies with their organizational goals.· Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.Skillset & Educational requirements:· Graduate from any stream· Preferred: Candidates from HR- operations with key account management capabilities· Ability to handle large client base and work in tandem with operations team· Good communication skillsLocation: Kandivali (E), Mumbai AGG
