Job Description:Chennai Chess Club is the fastest-growing chess club in the country, offering services such as online chess coaching, corporate tournaments, and casual meetups. We are seeking a self-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team.As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:Engaging with potential leads via Instagram and other social media platforms, converting them into customersCoordinating between prospective clients and our chess coaching team through voice calls to arrange and facilitate trial classesRecommending the most suitable coaching services based on the customer's needs and our internal assessmentsReporting daily on inquiry status and conversion metrics to the managementRequired Skills:Excellent communication skills in both English and TamilTelecalling skillsStrong B2C conversion abilitiesExceptional negotiation and closing skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approachProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatoryExperience:  1-3 years in SalesQualification:  Any DegreeSalary:  ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month plus performance-based bonusesJob Type:  Full-time, 6 days a week (work from office)Location:  Chennai AGG
