The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning all stakeholders and ensuring the success of the Live Doubt Offering at PhysicsWallah.Responsibilities1. Scalability & GrowthScalable Solutions: Design processes and systems that can be scaled as the number of students, teachers, and queries grows.Expansion Planning: Work with the leadership team to plan for the scaling of the Live Doubt Offering across regions, subjects, and other relevant dimensions.2. Business Analysis & InsightsData-Driven Insights: Use analytics to derive insights from various data points (e.g., teacher performance, student engagement, resolution metrics) to improve business strategies and processes.Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Live Doubt Offering, proposing and executing strategies for improvement.Market Trends & Feedback Loop: Analyze feedback from students and teachers, competitor offerings, and market trends to make informed recommendations for product improvements and new offerings.3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & ExecutionProgram Launches: Lead the planning and execution of new programs or features related to the Live Doubt Offering. This includes creating a solid GTM plan and ensuring smooth program rollouts.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align the program's objectives with the company's broader goals and ensure proper communication and execution.Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the Live Doubt Offering is effectively marketed to both students and teachers. Monitor the success of outreach campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.4. Teacher Lifecycle Management, Performance Improvement & Teacher SupportRecruitment & Onboarding: Develop strategies for recruiting high-quality teachers and streamlining the onboarding process.Training & Development: Design and implement continuous training programs for teachers to improve pedagogical skills, content delivery, and engagement strategies.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate teacher performance through metrics such as student feedback, teaching quality, and engagement.
